These terms apply when you use culinarykit.shop and buy from us. CulinaryKit is operated by the company listed in our Legal Notice. Our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy also apply.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Don't disrupt it, access it without permission, place fraudulent orders or copy its content.

Products

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may vary slightly between screens, and some photos show products in use.

Prices and currencies

Prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Depending on your location, you may pay in your local currency. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Orders and payment

You'll receive an email confirming your order; the contract is formed when we send it. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment providers. We may cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there's an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Availability

Products are available while stock lasts. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll let you know and refund it.

Shipping

All content on this site, including text, images and the CulinaryKit name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.

Errors

We may correct errors on the site at any time. If an error affects your order, we'll contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer. Swedish law applies, and consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where they live. Consumers in Sweden can refer disputes to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se).
