Who is responsible

What we collect

• Your name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number if you add one, and messages you send us.
• Order details: what you bought, delivery status and payment confirmation. Payments are handled by our payment providers — we never see your full card details.
• Website data: IP address, device, browser and how you use the site, collected through cookies.

How we use it

• To process and deliver your order, and to handle returns and refunds.
• To answer your questions.
• To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
• To keep accounting records and meet legal requirements.
• For analytics and marketing — only with your consent.

Who we share it with

• Shopify, which hosts our store.
• Payment providers, to process payments.
• Fulfilment and logistics partners, including carriers, to deliver your order. They receive only what delivery requires.
• Other service providers that help us run the store, such as email services.

We never sell your personal data. Some providers may process data outside the EU/EEA; when they do, the transfer is protected by an EU adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie banner or your browser.

Marketing

You only receive marketing emails if you sign up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed. Order and accounting records are kept for seven years, as Swedish law requires. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY, imy.se) or the data protection authority where you live.
