14-day right of withdrawal

You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. If your order arrives in several packages, the 14 days start when the last one arrives.

How to return

Email infoculinarykit@gmail.com within the 14 days with your order number. We'll send you return instructions. Send the item back within 14 days of contacting us.

Condition

You can check an item as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that, we may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover it for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.

Refunds

We refund the item price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of your cancellation, to your original payment method. We may wait until the item is back, or you've shown proof of return. Extra costs for a faster delivery option are not refunded.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email infoculinarykit@gmail.com with your order number, a short description and photos. We'll arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

Return the item and place a new order.

Exceptions

The 14-day right does not apply to personalised items, or to sealed items that can't be returned for hygiene reasons once opened.

Cancelling before shipping

Email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been processed, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
